I am have a lot of pain this morning in my lower belly and back. I am 37 weeks pregnant... so far the pain is 13- 15 min. apart is this the start of labor or Just realy really bad BH please help!

HI every one I am 36 weeks and 4 days I just got out of the hospital yesterday and I was still having contractions but they where 15min. apart and I was dilated to 1 cm, I am still having some strong contractions but this morning I loss my plug... how long due you think ill have till I have the baby??? please help!!
