Did you notice pre-period symptoms close to when you went into labor? breakouts and greasy hair? I`m 38 weeks and these are typical symptoms I get 1 week before my period, so I`m wondering if my body is doing the same thing 1 week before labor.

What does it mean if my cervix is soft and thin...I wasn`t told what % effaced I was, but she said very thin and very soft. What does this mean as far as when I will go into labor? I am only 1cm dialated.
