Put a regular diaper underneath bathing suit	2	10%

Toddlers and Volume Control: My almost 18 month old does not say things anymore, she SHOUTS them. It is really starting to drive me bananas. We have tried continuously reinforcing `shhh quiet voices` every single time, but it`s not working. Should I keep riding it out, hoping it will pass or try a new approach?
