Earlier than week 32, I have my reasons.
Week 32-35, I just can't wait any longer!
Week 34-36, I know there might be complications but I need this to happen!
Week 37-40, baby could be born with no complications!
Week 40 +, this waiting is just getting silly now!

8-10 hours/night...even with pee breaks!
6-8 hours/night...If I'm lucky, between peeing, crazy dreams, and insane middle-of-the-night hunger pains.
4-6 hours/night...I can't believe there was ever a time I was worried about not feeling my baby move. Now baby never stops moving!
Less than 4 hours a night. Between the heartburn, small bladder syndrome, hunger, dreams, sore back, sore hips, congestion, leg cramps, tummy aches, and baby dancing around, I feel like a walking medical example of how NOT to get a good nights sleep!

At least 5 lbs (if having a small baby)
5-10 lbs (baby, placenta and some blood volume)
10-15 lbs (baby/womb stuff and as a result of starting to BF)
15-20 lbs (ok, I'm being REALLY hopeful here! Throw some fat loss in the mix)
Please don't say staus quo...no weight lost in first week.....

Yes, I've heard amazing things about how they can reduce stress and ease concerns during birth...we have one (or plan on having one) hired!
Yes, we used a Doula with our first (or second or third), and I can not recommend it enough. It was amazing!
No, we had one with our first (or second or third) and it wasn't helpful.
What's a Doula? My Man (or mom or friend) is going to be there to help.
