Was curious to know if you have had or know someone who has had a tubal ligation did you/them have a surprise pregnancy? I keep hearing about them and just want to know. ( had one done with my last section)

My friend is having her 1st baby shower and I am wanting to do somthing fun so I was thinking a big diaper cake filled with baby stuff. What do you think is a great or can`t live with out 1st time mom gifts that can be put on the cake?

I have a question do you think it is ok for a hospital to force there beliefs on the patients? Im near 20 hospitals but all but 3 are owned by the Mercy group and will not allow tubal. They will do a hysterectomy if needed. So I have been told that I am going to be moved around alot because Im a c-section and that I may not even get a real room for the 3 days in there.
