My 5 year old son is telling me that it hurts when he pees although he cannot describe to me what if feels like. I also noticed that his urine has a strong smell to it. Does this sound like a UTI to you? I thought these were common in girls but not as much in boys. Should I take him to the urgent care center this evening? Thanks in advance for all your comments!

I am reposting this poll since the polls usually get more responses during the week. I have been working out for a little over 3 weeks and I have not noticed a change at all. My clothes still fit the same and I haven`t noticed a difference in the scale. I have also been eating better and cutting out soda. Shouldn`t I be noticing something by now? My SIL just turned 38 weeks is 3cm dilated, 90% effaced and doctor just stripped her membranes today. 2 weeks ago she had an appointment and was 2cm dilated and 80% effaced and doctor told her then she could go anytime. Any ideas on when this could happen for her? I think she got her hopes up those few weeks ago when doctor said she could go anytime. I never went through any of this as I had two scheduled c sections. Thanks Ladies!!

My SIL is 36 weeks pregnant with her first child and according to her OB she is 2cm dilated, 80% effaced and her bag of water is bulging. I am leaving to go out of town on Friday and won`t be back until Sunday evening. Do you think she will have the baby soon or could it still be awhile?

My Sister-In-Law just went for her 20 week ultrasound. She found out that the umbilical cord only has 1 artery instead of 2. It is called having a Single Umbilical Artery SUA. Has anyone had or know more about this? She is worried....Thanks!
