so i have two friends who are pregnant, and i have been giving them both stuff as i decide we dont need to keep it anymore... do you think it would be innappropriate to ask either if they plan on breastfeeding and want my pump? because i have a double electric breast pump that is in really good condition and works really well and if either of them could use it i would be more than happy to include it with the stuff i am giving them since i never really pumped much, always just fed straight from the breast; i just dont want to make anyone feel uncomfortable...

my daughter will be 10 months next week, she crawls and cruises furniture. she just started letting go of the furniture and is trying to stand by herself and learn her balance (yay!) she can stand without holding onto anything for a few seconds before she sits down. when your child started letting go of things to stand unassisted how long was it before they could do it? how soon did walking follow? please comment.

NOT A POLL - I just wanted to let everyone know that Health Canada has posted a recall on teethers made by nuby and playgro, I just watched it on the news this morning the liquid filled teethers are possibly contaminated with bacteria. BF mommies or anyone with suggestions - we got through the biting before teeth (thankfully) but now my daughter is pinching me. She is 7.5 months and will pinch the backs or fronts of my arms, my boobs, basically anything she can get her hands on no matter what position we use. How can i discourage this habit because it HURTS!!!

waiting for a call back from the doctor but does anyone know if you can take gravol or some other kind of anti nauseant when breastfeeding? i am so sick and have been throwing up every 15 - 30 mins since midnight last night.. i cant even keep water down.
