i know this is way tmi but im a bit concerned...im 24 weeks preg. and i have a white discharge w/ a bad odor but its nothing like yeast infections that ive had in the past. anybody else had anything like this?

went to the dr today and they found i have `venous lakes` its blood pools on the placenta...anybody else have this or had it in the past. i want info on it but cant find much.
