Ok so... I just recently decided I`d love to take a trip in the next 7-12 months to Amsterdam. I`ve never been out of the country, and have dreams of traveling several places around the world. I have a 2yr old & a 3yr old. So when I brought this idea up for a little mini vacation (3 nights) to my fiance, he told me he is NOT interested & would never leave the country, he doesn`t want to fly, he thinks it`s stupid, etc,etc. So I eventually, after trying to convince him to go, said ok, well then I guess I will have to find a few good friends to join me...Then he goes on to say, if I go he won`t stay in this relationship anymore : / Umm...I`m sorry but, in my opinion that is the dumbest, childish thing I`ve ever heard. Really? Because I want to travel, take a lil brake (which I NEVER do, I am home 24/7) something is wrong with me? What are y`alls opinion on that? Am I missing something? So after a while of discussing this, he goes on to tell me, MOTHERS DO NOT TRAVEL, ESPECIALLY OUT OF THE COUNTRY with children the same age as ours, and that I need to wait until they are MUCH older, like 13+... So he`s now making it, along with my mother, who has now jumped on the subject as well..seem like if I want to travel out of the country that I am a BAD mother... Sorry...I just need some input... Perhaps words from mothers who DO travel, or have traveled w/ out their little ones... I just don`t understand why now this is such a big deal in my house & w/ my mother...

Ok so, tell me if I`m wrong. But I`m a 22yr old mother of 2. My fiance & father of my children WON`T go buy condoms! I`m VERY pissed off, I don`t feel like that should be ANOTHER responsibility I should have to worry about! I can`t buy birth control any longer because we can`t afford it. But he expects me to buy the condoms, what do u think!?

Alright so my WHOLE house is sick.. my son,daughter, and hubby.. I`m breastfeeding, I started taking sudafed yesterday, but I stopped now because my babygirl was up practically ALL night and I think its because the med was hurting her belly. Any suggestions on what I should take? Comment please..

My husband just told me that his father took him to a strip club for his b-day a week ago...He said he didnt want to go, and that he told them that... but I still feel very disrespected... And I don`t think it`s right... I am extremely bothered by it...Plus I just had our 2nd child 3 months ago... I don`t think it was right for his dad to take him there... Am I over reacting? Now my husband this im CRAZZZZY because it kind of made me sad...

Is it WRONG for me to want ME TIME??? My husband and I have 2 children & have recently lost our jobs, so needless to say we are together 24/7 now. At all times during the day I always have atleast one of the kids with me all the time, so my time to relax is at night when my oldest(2yrs in late nov.) is asleep. So i`d like to go on the computer or talk on the phn, ect...just time to relax and windown... but my husband gets pissed if he wants me to watch football with him, etc... Is it wrong because I just want to be alone for a lil while... but he thinks I need to be with just him at night...what do u ladies think is right?? OH ps..he goes on the computer a lot during the day, sometimes without any of the kids and I wont bug him for sometimes close to an hour/or half hour

I`m curious... Has anyone ever put any clothes, etc they had in a consignment store? If SO on average how much did you make off your name brand clothes.. Im asking because Im thinking about doing so, and seeing if its worth it to do it that way or to sell them on ebay... ANY advice?

Sorry this might be a WEIRD question to some.. But my son is 19 months and his penis is still REALLY small.. and it still stays `inside` as in I still have to pull a tiny bit to clean the tip. Is this normal? Will it grow? lol..

Ok my son is 19 months and I have a newborn daughter. I have always washed my sons clothes in dreft, but now that hes getting older should I save it for sister only or why not just keep washing his in dreft.. when did YOU stop washing ur childs clothes in a detergent simular or the same as dreft? Im in no rush really.. i just want to know when other mothers made the switch...

I am4 weeks postpartum w/ my 2nd(only 19 months apart) I have some loose skin, kind of sags but if i suck in no sagging. Are there any moms that had this and got rid of it just from working out... i personally dont think its so bad i need a tummy tuck.

My son is 20 months, and he is turing into a hellion! Sometimes I dont know what to do when he has these crazy moments...What are your opinions.. Should I try spanking, OR just keep up with the firm talk,making sure hes looking into my eyes while i explain why he is in trouble? Which do u personally think is more effective?

Ok I have been wondering this for a while now! So after you have a baby, do ALL girls have that loose belly feeling when u touch ur skin? AND also if its not that bad(like i personally think mine isnt THAT bad of looseness) but can u truley get rid of it if u work your ass of? I want to hear all responses from the mamas who DID have the loose tiny saggyness when they had their children, and they worked it off and now it dosent feel like that! I just need a drive to know I can possibly get my belly back to the way it was...

Ok tell me if I am being TOO much.. My son is 1 1/2 yrs, my fiance asked me if his parents could take him to a resturant this weekend and I said sure why not? Then later i asked him where they were planning on taking him, and he said chucky cheese. I said ` Ummm NO I dont think so, Ive been waiting to take him there, but havent because I personally dont think he would have that much fun at his age right now.` Its really important to do things like that w/ my son for the first time, and Ive been WAITING to take him there. I feel like u know I raise my son night and day, alone practically(because my fiance and I havent been living together, off and on living) So i feel like if i want to take my son there 1st i should be able to but he thinks im being pathetic. Its kinda like the zoo, obviously its important for my to take him there 1st too.. I deserve to see him do things first, and his mother has already pissed me off in the past with 1st things, like taking him on his first walk in his stroller around my neighborhood.. AM I BEING PATHETIC???

This question is for mothers who have had 2 or more pregnancies & if you had one natural childbirth compared to having an epidural. If you`ve had both I would love to hear your stories, and what you recommend. I am just about to have my second child, and i was asked to get an epidural at 8cm dialated due to extremely high blood pressure. If you have any tips on having a natural, or what u suggest. Thanks!

Today I split from the father of my child(ren). Im sorry if this has nothing really to do w/ pregnancy,etc but i think it does. Has anyone ever been in a situation where they are doing everything around the house,cleaning,going to work, taking care of your child, AND your pregnant. My son is only 14 months old, and Im 5 months preggo. I literally wake up w/ my son, go to work, come home watch my son put him to sleep, then go to sleep, and routine again. Am I wrong for feeling as if I shouldnt have to tell a MAN what to do all the time? And him complain... I just need some support being emotional and all w/ the pregnancy.. Any advice on how NOT to go back(like I unfortunitly always do!) I would appreciate it :) thanks mommys

Alright, So my son is ALMOST 14 months old for like the past month or longer he has been waking up in the middle of the night at like 4-5am and just crying.. i try rocking him, but he just CRYS.. So ive been giving in : x and I go sit w/ him on the couch and watch some cartoons. I know I am putting him in a BAD HABIT, and I need ANY advice on how to brake this! He used to sleep like 11 hrs a night! I am 18 weeks preggo and this is getting so tiring on me.. and I know it will only get worse if I dont find a better idea! PLEASE HELP : P

I am on my second pregnancy. My husband isnt very suppportive when it comes to who I want in the room when I am giving birth. I had my mother and g`ma and of course him for the birth of my son. This time he dosent want ANYONE in the room except him, and I feel like without my mom or g`ma my labor would have been NOT so easy..they really helped me. What do you think about this? I think it should be MY choice Im the one having the baby.. take it or leave it! Or am I wrong?
