as far as I understand, braxton hicks are painless- right? Actual contractions have pain originating in the back and moving to the front. So then what are the gassy-like cramps that occur only in the front?

My doctor said that to prevent my midnight leg cramps, I should stop drinking milk and take Os-cal instead. I wash everything down with milk! Juice and water just don`t always do it for me. Any other ideas?

I am 22 weeks and really tired all the time. I don`t know if it`s because I just started a new semester or if it could be something else. I was tired a lot in the first trimester- then it went away, and now it`s back. Why?

Doc. said that on a 14 hour drive home I should get out and walk around every hour or so-- and not just to the reststop and back. Anyone know why? I`m 14 weeks.
