can an ear infection cause diaherra my son has had diaherra for 8 days now and they told me he has and ear infection which he doesnt cry and he sleeps all the time so i never thought he wouldve had an ear infection

So my son went in for his 2 month old check up and he weighs 6 lbs 1 oz and the doctor said that he is in the 3rd percentile where as my other son was in the 97th percentile at the same age and he told me not to worry he will grow into his weight he has only gained 1 lb in 2 months should i be worried he is 7 weeks old so almost 2 months

my son is a month old and he only drinks 2 oz every three hours and sometimes doesnt want to drink that i burb him every oz usually less than that i burb him and he spits up everytime he went to the doctor 2 days ago and he only weighs 5lbs 6 oz when i brought him home he weighed 5lbs 4 oz and that was 2 weeks ago and the doctor is not worried should i get a 2nd opinion
