Please respect my wishes for absolutely NO comments on this poll. I am simply curious of statistical numbers here. IAP members of the USA, I have yet to meet any person in my personal interactions that is for a universal healthcare system that was passed by majority by the government. Need advice ladies! I was checked today and my cervix is soft 1cm and 50% effaced. My doc is going out of town this weekend and I am planning a vbac. I am 39 weeks 2 days. I was hard 0cm and 0% when induced last pregnancy and had csection for failure to progress past 4 cm (at 39 weeks 2 days).

My repeat csection is 3 weeks from today. The doc said if my boy is head down, if I go into labor on my own, and if my cervix cooperates, she will let me attempt a vbac. Any tips or advice?

When do the LOs start to understand the word NO? My DD constantly tips her milk cup upside down and draws wtith the milk. I`ve tried being calm and saying `we do not do this`, but it`s been months! It`s hard to stay calm!

Question: a friend of mine is on a birth control pill which has a week of placebo pills and normally starts her period Friday night or Saturday morning. She is a week late tomorrow and has negative pregnancy tests, the instructions say to go ahead with the other pack even if your period never shows. Any clue what could be going on? She`s never missed a period in the 3 years on this pill, they always use pull out method, but she`s not sure to keep taking new pills or stop.

Ok ladies I am frustrated. I am a nurse and I work weekend option (every other Friday and every Sat and Sun) for 12 hr shifts. It`s $6 more an hour to work weekends. I am having an awful time finding someone to watch my DD and I`m 3 months pregnant. We desperately need the money, but I`m at my wits end trying to find weekend sitters. Any advice? Family help isn`t an option here.
