Need help with a boy name. Middle name is Joseph. Since we are pregnant with twins if we have two boys the second name will be Alex....need a middle name. We don`t like Alex Joseph so that didn`t work.

I`m 6 weeks 5 days with twins, how concerned do I need to be about a VTS (vanishing twin syndrome) We saw both heartbeats two days ago.
