Any cure for for morning (and all day sickness)? Im suffering bad most days, sometimes all day, with headaches too!! Any ideas for some relief?

my iron count get very low during pregnancy, i cant take the tablets or the syrup stupp both make me ill, tried high iron diet but that never worked, any ideas??
