for those with twins when it`s just you with the babies alone how do you handle it when they are both crying at the same time?

i have twin boys the father does not live with us or give me money for rent and stuff unless asked. he wants to claim one baby come tax time i say no because i pay for where they live and am going to be transporting them to babysitter doc appts etc.do you think i should let him claim one of them?
