Looking to hear from ladies that have breast implants. I would really like to get them but am scared. I am currently BF`ing my 2nd child. I am really enjoying my C cup breasts, but I know once I`m done BF`ing & all is said and done I will return to my small A cup. So I am weighing my options. Anyone else have a young child (4 yrs old) that gets BAD leg pains. I assume grwing pains, but not sure. The pedi says the pain sgouldn`t wake him from his sleep, but sometimes it does. I remember getting bad growing pains but don`t recall how old I was. Not sure what it could be...

So my husband and I are/were planning on going to halloween Horror nights @ Universal. My mom was going to watch my 4 yr old & 4 month old. My 4 month old is EBF and usually eats every 2-3 hours. My mom is now quilting me about how it`s too long to leave the baby and she is affraid he will cry. I figure it would be o cause he won`t starve in 4 hours. Now I feel quilty, but I WANt to go. My husband and I have never done anything alone since before our 1st 4 YEARS ago. What do ya think? I was planning on leaving a bottle of BM even though he really won`t take the bottle.

Anyone have experience with anal fissures? My 4 month old has one & this has been a problem for him on & off pretty much since birth. Doc just keeps saying put vaseline on it & eventually it will heal. I have done a ton of research & he doesn`t have hard poop (he`s BF), I think it`s just from constantly going. I am going to start soaking his bum in warm water 2-3 times a day, but wondering if it is OK to use witch hazel on a baby? Or does anyone have any other recommendations ?

For my sons school we are putting together baskets to action off to parents to raise money. We were thinking of making a `parents night out basket` with maybe coupons for dinner, or maybe a dinner paid for if we can get a sponser, maybe movie tickets. Can you think of any ther cool ideas to put in a basket like that. Something that would make the basket a wanted basket. Thanks!

Going off a poll below, so far 32 people say Chicken/Turkey/Poultry is the top meat they eat. Chicken is a main staple around my house. My husband is picky, DS #1 is allergic is wheat & oats, DS #2 can`t have dairy. We eat A LOT of chicken & rice or potatos. I would LOVE some new chicken/turkey recipes! Please share.

Need advice..I have to testify in a court case coming up. Should be relatively short & simple. But my son will be 12 weeks and is EBF. he has never had a bottle and has no reason to, as I am a SAHM. I REALLY don`t want to have to introduce a bottle just cause of this. I really plan on just bringing him and having a relative come along and hold him when I have to go in the courtroom. This way I can BF him as needed. What would you do?

Pumping tips PLEASE. I hate pumping. I have an Avent manuel and I get about an ounce per breast. It`s just not emptying my breasts. I can`t get my milk to let down, my nipples turn purple & it hurts! Please help!! TIA!

TMI...Ahhh..Help! I am 3 weekd PP and I have BAD hemorrhoids. I have been soaking in warm baths, using tucks & prep h & nothing seems to be helping. I am in a lot of pain after going #2. I called my doc & the front desk nurse just told me to keep usin over the counter meds. But I need relief now!! Anyone have any suggestions to get rid of them???

So I have been reading about birthing positions. I have learned that laying down on your back is actually one of the worst positions to give birth in (still the docs make you do it). They say the best positions (not including a water birth) is squatting or on all fours. Just curious if anyone has delivered in either of these positions & what was your experience. They say both of those positions open the pelvis more & puts less pressure so you have less of a chance for tearing. Just curious...I`m giving birth soon. lol.

Preparing for my second natural birth & I`m starting to get a bit nervous about labor. My first was hard, as my son was `sunny side up`. I`m hoping this birth is a bit easier, but still a bit scared. Anyone have any great advise or relaxation medthods to get through a natural birth. THANKS!!!

During pregnancy, did you experience less breast changes with 2nd pregnancy? I`m 34 weeks & my breasts don`t feel that sore, heavy & no leaking. I spoke to a nursing consultant and she said this is normal b/c a majority of changes in the breast happened during the 1st pregnancy. I`m still a bit concerned.

OK, so I just toured the hospital that I am going to give birth at in 2 months. Very nice birthing rooms, but I have some concerns. I asked aout the baby staying with me 24 hrs a day. The nurse said as long as the baby is healthy, but the encourage you to get rest & leave them in the nursery. I can deal with that cause it sounds like if everything is ok, then I can request he says with me 24/7. But she said after birth, the baby stays in the delivery room for about an hour then they take the baby to the nursery for about 4HOURS!! This is for tests & to keep an eye on him & run standard tests. With my 1st (at a different hospital) he never left my side, they did all of the tests in the room. I`m kinda uncomfortable about this. I am going back next week & and am going to talk with them more, but I`m wondering if I can oject to the keeping him for 4 hours in the nursery. Please comment...Thanks!!

I am 30 weeks pregnant & I was playing with my 3 yr old outside. I sort of jumped of off this 2 1/2- 3 foot ledge. I squated down low first & I landed fine on my feet, but it felt like a hard landing. After I did it, I thought gee maybe that wasn`t good. I feel fine & the baby has moved a bit since, but I`m kinda worried. Think baby is ok??

I recently found out that my bassinet from my first child has been recalled. Boo! I was planning on using it for my second son & I am due in 8-10 weeks. I have been searching bassinets & reading reviews & I really can`t find one I like. I ran across these `mini cribs` & `portable mini cribs`. They seem like a great alternative to a bassinet. They are just like a crib, but mini. Would last longer than a bassinet. I plan on keeping my son in my room for the first 6 months & I don`t have room for a full size crib. Has anyone used a `mini crib` or the portable version?? What did you think?? Please feel free to comment. Thanks!

I learned a bit about this in my childbirth class with my first pregnancy, but I don`t remember the details. Can someody please explain to me where the heck all of the mothers organs move to when pregnant?? I remember the ribs can move up a few inches. But what abut organs? Do they go up, down, to the front, ack or sides?? I have been searching online & can`t find the answer. THANKS!!

My 3 yr old son is supoosed to be in a wedding in a month. I took him to get fitted for his suit today and he went crazy. He was ripping off the shirt, cryed in the jacket & kicked off the shoes, then he hid. He was like a complete little monster, which is not at all normal for him. He says with hesitation that he wants to be in the wedding but that he does NOT want to wear the suit. I have no idea what to do. I don`t want this to be a disaster at the wedding. What do I do??

I have a question about bay movement while pregnant...I am 29 weeks pregnant & baby has been measuring 2 weeks ahead for some time. I feel him `moving` down low & I know he is head down so I am assuming it is his head, shoulders or hands I am feeling. But as far as kicks go, I rarely feel them. I have expressed my concern to my doc and she says don`t worry as long as I feel some type of movement. I now on a ultrasound a few days ago, he was moving his hands and feet & I didn`t really feel anything. The doc also mention my placenta is partially in front & on side. It still seems strang, I`ll have a day or two where I can feel real strong kicks then nothing for days to a week or more. Really worries me. Has anyone else had a pregnancy where they didn`t feel the baby move a lot & they ended up having a perfectly healthy baby??

Ok, mommies...I`m looking for some opinions here. I have 1 child (3 1/2 year old) and I am about 26 weeks pregnant. My husband & I do EVERYTHUNG with our son. He has only been babysat a hand full of times by my mom and he has stayed the night away from us about 3 nights in his life due to a family emeregency when my husband & I had to go out of town. So this week my mom will have to watch him for a few hours when I go get a level 2 u/s, b/c my son can`t come. My mom has offered to keep him overnight so I can get a little break. My instincts tell me just go get him when I get home b/c I feel a bit guilty & I will miss him. (I`m a softy, I know). But now I`m having second thoughts, maybe I should leave him for the night & try to enjoy a night without him. What would you do?

OK, all you SAHM that breast feed, I have a question. Should I invest in a breast pump?? With my 1st son I breast fed him only and very rarely used the pump. I had an Avent pump and I hated it. Everyone reccomend getting a Medela, but the are so expensive. I`m not sure how often I would even pump since I will be staying home with him. My mom says forget the pump. I don`t mind breast feeding all the time & i really don`t have any reason to pump. So like I said, is it really worth the money investing in a nice pump?? Please feel free to coment from personal experiences. TIA!
