Can having an internal exam make you lose your mucus plug? I`m 80% effaced as of today and I know its normal to have spotting or bleeding after an internal exam, but what I`m having is not spotting...it looks like what they describe your mucus plug as...like a bronwish stringy discharge (sorry TMI).

Does anyone think drinking the red raspberry leaf tea really helps strengthen your uterus for delivery? Did it cause you BH at all?

I`m just about 34 weeks and last night all of a sudden i got sharp pains throughout my whole belly, from the top to the bottom, and it hurt to move or do anything and it hurt to take a deap breath in and i felt like it was hard to get a good breath anyway. It was so painful that i was almost shaking. Does anyone know what this was or should i call the doctor?

I`m 25 weeks and have a hard spot on my breast that is tender and sore to the touch. My doc said this morning its probably pregnancy related but i have to have an ultrasound done. Has anyone experienced something like this before while pregnant? I`m kinda freaking out a little...please comment.
