nikkinu`s polls

This is not pregnancy/baby related but I am getting married early next year and im already so nervous, mainly about walking down the aile(cant spell that) and saying my vows not because i dont want to but im just so shy i have never spoken in public(well not much anyway) and i have such a small voice. Im Bf my 6 mth old but finding im low on milk so i tried to top her up with cows milk formula and she just vomits it up. Should i try goats milk formula? or is their a way i can build more milk myself?
