Do you utilize a FSA (Flexible Spending Account) to help with your healthcare costs? I`m having trouble getting reimbursed for my eye exam and contacts for this year. The FSA company is telling me I need an insurance denial to get reimbursed, but I have no denial. My insurance only covers every other year, so I just pay it in the off year. The FSA company says they have never heard of that. UGH!
