Having twins and everyone is all excited and I am terrified....I already have two sons a 5 year old and a 19 month old but I am not ready for my new babies I am 23wks 2 days....is it ok to be terrified

For ladies 4+ months pregnant,particularly those pregnant with twins.....if you are constipated does it make your abdomen and back hurt until you go. I have been having incapacitating pain and I believe it is cuz I cant go number 2.....after I go I am fine....i actually thought I was in labor the other day...I am only 22 wks along...
