American Girl Dolls: My daughter is 8 and has been saving her money for 2 years to be able to buy her first American Girl doll. I was thinking that a nice Christmas gift would be to buy her an outfit or two, but the ones on the AG site were very expensive. Any moms out there who`s children have AG`s and can give me an idea of where else to purchase the clothes? Target and Michael`s have some 18` doll clothes, but they aren`t as trendy as some of the AG ones. Thanks!

Who would like to see this forum go past 32 months? We are almost to the end and I refuse to stop chatting with all my IAP gals. If in a year or so, you see gals talking about their 4 year olds in month 32, you know we all can`t let go. Where are we suppose to chat after 32 months? Help! I have a 4 year old that has always been challenging. He`s a beautiful, bright, and happy child most of the time, but in random moments just goes kind of wacko (no better word for it). Last night hubby took him to a store and he totally took off on him. He couldn`t find him and a store clerk was notified and they started making announcements over the loud speaker and started a search. When they found him, my son said he was hoping someone else would take him. He didn`t care if it was a stranger. He was also super annoyed that he heard them announcing him lost over the loud speaker (ugh). My question is...how should we punish this behavior? Taking away things doesn`t work. Time out doesn`t work. He is beyond rational about this subject and gets very angry when we try to approach him. Suggestions please!

Does anyone use cloth training pants? I want to try them, but need some advice. I don`t want anything bulky nor having a plastic outer lining or the super thin (almost like underwear) ones by Gerber. Snaps would be preferrable too. There are so many different ones out there any advice or input would be appreciated!
