I gave a friend her shower last year. She said she wanted to do mine this year. Gave her the responsibility though had another friend willing to host one as well. She asked me for the best date and I gave Nov 1. She then asked to push to Nov 8 which I wasn`t happy about because my partner is going to be out of town but I agreed. Today I asked her when the invites were going out because I was getting asked and she now wants to push it to nov 15. I will be 35 weeks at that point. My first daughter came at 36 weeks, I feel that is pushing things to close. I told her because her schedule was so hectic and my need to have thing ready to intense we could forego the shower. Oh, and it was being held at my house.
