I used spermicide film as a contraceptive today. My husband didn`t ejaculate inside of me, but he thought some may have `leaked` out. I have taken a morning after pill almost every month this year and don`t want to do it anymore....I don`t think I`m ready for another baby but I`m not opposed completly. What should I do

Has anyone taken Thera-Flu or a Bendryl while breastfeeding? My 10 week old and I are really sick. He has so much phlegm he is choking. It sucks that you can`t give infants anything for this. Humidifiers made it way worse too. What did you take when something like this happened?
