hey, kidney infection pains are kind of near the bottom of ur back. the pains ur gettin just sound normal. I tend to wake up in the middle of the night with bad cramp in my bum and aching legs!! all worth it in the end i guess!! if ur pains get really bad tho its best to be safe n go see ur doctor!! xxxx
