im doing good also. i weigh 132lbs right now i was 107 before this pregnancy.i had an ultrasound the other day and they found a lil fluid on one of her kidneys they said they arent to worried about it but will give her a sonogram when she comes out.im ready for her to come early.i am trying everything they say to do but nothing seems to be working!!!!

Your comment was so funny ! Anyway, next time you go to your dr. and she's measuring you, ask her what the measurment are. My dr. always say the the measurment and if she forgets, I will ask. Don't be afraid to ask all those questions. My dr. hasn't told me how much my baby weighs only says "wow gonna be a big baby". And yeah, my dr. appt. don't last that long either. I think the wait is longer.

Well maybe just ask her more questions. I mean I think it is kinda crappy that you have to ask the questions but some doctors are like that. My doctor kinda does the same thing. So I understand. I just ask her questions.

Hey you! These pains you experience "down there", what do they feel like? Does it feel like the baby could be moving on your cervix? Cuz that is what it feels like for me and it hurts. Its like a sharp pain that makes me want to bend over cuz it hurts so much. It last for about 5 to 10 seconds and then goes away sometimes. Is that what yours is like?

what concerns me is he did my c section a week early for my son because he said if i waited till 40 weeks he would have been 9 pounds so at 39 weeks when trey was born he was right at 8 pounds. i am going to the same doctor and he was right for my son so i just wonder if he will be right for her too. IDK if she is a 9 pounder than oh well i just hope she is healthy but at first i was freaked out thinking wow 6 pounds already

hey im in the same boat i weighed 107lbs before i was pregnant now im at 128 and people dont belive im in the 8th month the doctor said everything is fine.

Not a problem! I actually feel quite lucky to be smaller rather than larger. I went on a diet before getting preggo and have 3 lbs to go before I even get back up to where I was before diet. This makes me pretty happy. At least I won't have too much to loose afterwards!

I was told the same all through my first pregnancy and again this time. I am 5 foot 9 inches tall though and also have a long torso so I figure the baby just has a lot of room to hide. My first daughter was 6 lbs which is a decent size but she had stopped growing the last 2 weeks. Other than that I measured fine all the way through and am again. Depending on what I wear, some people can't even tell I'm pregnant! I've gained over 30 lbs though.

Hey, I am in the same boat. I have only gained 18lbs so far. I have a small frame and I seem to be only getting big in my belly...if you ask me, that's just fine. I don't need to gain a lot of extra fat just to make others feel like I am a good size. My midwife says that everything is measuring right on track. Thats all I need to know. THey'll all be jealous when you look like a supermodel afterward!

your weight gain is in the norm don't worry, we all show differently, don't be bothered about people's comments, if you had only gained 10 pounds then you could be worried but you have put on 21 and it's great, just carry on as you have been doing XX

Hey, saw your comment about being small - yeah - i hear you loud and clear. Actually,looking at your pics at 29 weeks i am about 2/3 your size. Baby is good, i am just small and people can be really mean about it. Some old lady at safeway just about had me in tears the other day.
i feel bad complaining cause there are so many who have gained a lot etc, but being small comes with its own set of problems - major downward pressure,amniotic fluid leaking, contractions all day long, and a baby who has been head down since 26 weeks - punching my bladder. I am just trying to get to 32 weeks and have him weigh 4 pounds. then i dont care when he is born so long as the door stays shut till then!

Really? That is interesting. I will have to see if that happens for me. Thanks for that input cuz I didnt know that. I think I had some last night when I went to sleep but I cant tell you for sure. They are still pretty light.

i know, cant believe the rudeness of her. anyway i rang my doc this afternoon an she saw me an said that if im still measuring small in 2 weeks then she will request another scan!! thats better treatment than just being shrugged off!!! i take it your going to breast feed? i had a breast reduction 4 yrs ago so i am hoping i will be able to. i am having some leaking now so thats a good sign!!! your nursery pics are so cute!! x x x
