100% effaced is good. I wouldnt worry when you start to dialate it could progress rather quickly just be aware of your body and dont wait when contractions begin being regular...just alittle advice, I am on #6!

Hey hun...Walking does not always help. Trust me I have been walking forver and my bun is still in the oven. Take it easy and try to enjoy your last days prego. I will not be induced until I am almost 2 weeks over due.
