Who in the Chicago land area had baby showers outside of a home and where did you have it? trying to find places to have my Chicago baby shower as I am from there originally and have a lot of family and friends there, but don't want to use anyone's house.

Hey Girls... i had my last prenatal appointment today, and was soooooo pleased to hear ive made some progress.... Last week, if some of you can remember i was disappointed as i hadnt made no progress - i was still at 2 cm and 50% effaced...Today, she told me i am 3 cm, and 80% effaced...WOHOO!! im hoping by this weekend she will show... if not, induction date is on Monday! Ladies, please give me lots of labor dust..=) Hope everyone is well!

alrighty now ladies... so my beautiful baby has started to sleep through the night... and has done it for two whole nights so i am so happy... except that noone told the girls not to make milk for him to eat at night!!! OUCH!... i couldnt even look at them this morning they hurt that bad... but the bright side is that since my hubby gets up to get ready for work i can get up with him and pump and go back to bed after some much needed relief :) g'night ladies

Hey everyone, I know I have kind of been MIA for the past few weeks... but I have been SUPER busy with this little baby. I am sure a lot of you can relate! I didn't get to write everyone back that commented when I had Jaylee, but thank you so much for all of your kind words.
She is doing great... and is already over a MONTH old. Time is flying by. We just love having her around. Anyway, I added pictures of her on the last page of my photos. Take a look if you'd like!
