My name is Wendy and I am pregnant with my first child, a boy! Ryan and I have been dating for 6 years when we found out we were pregnant. We have been living together for almost 5 years but have never been married. We were planning on getting married in Maui Hawaii but the news of the pregnancy pushed the wedding back a couple of months. Some family members wanted us to be married before I gave birth but we felt otherwise. We have been together for a long time and know that we will get married and be together forever so we didn't feel the need. We both want to enjoy our wedding and honeymoon and do it because we want to and love each other not because we got pregnant and his family made us.

I am currently going to college and working a couple of part time jobs. I get bored easily and enjoy working different places everyday instead of a 9-5 job 5 days a week. I am sure once I get back to work after my matternity leave and finish college I will have to get a "real job."

Ryan & I are both outdoors people. We have a camper on the river and a boat. We spend all the time we can outside and at the river all summer long. With the extremley hot summer we have been haveing this summer, I haven't spent much time outside and that upsets me. Being pregnant in the heat makes me very nauseaus and cranky.

I am excited to be a mom but I still have so many questions and that is how I found this website. :)
