Hello ladies I never wrote much on my page but it's never too late. My hubby and I are expecting our first little bundle of joy. At first we wanted a boy but now i'm so happy she's a girl. Had my 38wk apt and i'm still 2cm but now 70% effaced. Doctor recommended walking and sex, i rather walk lol not too in the mood recently. But since i've been at 2cm for 2wks now maybe i should give it a try ;-)

My 37wk appt. and i was not checked for dialation but my strp B test came back negative so thank God for that.

Went to the doc today for my first cervix check and I'm 2cm dialated and 60% effaced . Woo hoo can't wait to see my little princess.

I'm finally starting to feel something that might be progression towards the finish line. Every time I stand to walk around I have to sit back down cause of the pressure down there as if the baby wants to just slip out. I got to my 36wk apt on Monday I cant wait to see'if I've dialated at all.

I PUMP TOOOO!!!!!!! sometimes I get too tired to feed her and try and latch and latch especially during the night. I feel the sme way too like I should be trying harder to get her to latch. we are human right? we get tired, frustrated and just want to rest. haha take care

I'm nursing too and it as been a challenge. I have large breasts so latching on is always an issue. Did you get to talk with lactation nursers while at the hospital? THEY HELP A LOT!! goodluck and keep me updated. I get so frustrated some days, no actually at night it the most frustrating cuz im so tired.

well if it gets hard in one isolated little spot it may be the babys head or arm or leg or foot but if it gets all over hard then its a contraction, which is your uterus flexing and tightening it's muscle to squeeze the baby out, when you get painfull tightening with cramps those are the real contractions and it's time to GO! good luck

Hey girl, How are you? I am doing ok, been having a heck of a time in recovery since this c-section, but I am hanging in there...DAMN, this has been different than i expected, but it is so nice to have my little man with me, he is percious.. Have had some post stuff- hormones up n down, but this too shall pass! I hope... Anyhow keep me posted------ blessings to you and your baby!!

Hi, ladies, I've not been on here like i use to... Sorry. I just wanted to update you guys on my doctors appointment yesterday. I passed my Glucose Exam. That's a pluss i was worried, now i know why i kept having dizzy spells, I'm Anemic, so now i'm on iron pills... Oh and the most shocking news.. My baby is Measuring 2 weeks ahead in length.... Oh my Gosh! I'm still a little scared because she emphasized that he's a big baby...... = ) Other than that i've been getting normal Braxton hick contractions. I have another doctors appointment in 3 weeks. July 21... whoa time is flying...

I'm not sure if bugs are very common in Virginia or not but I think you should call your landlord and tll them they need to have a pest control company come out and spray (before the baby is born). If they don't do something right away, call the city (there is some kind of tenant rights group and they will help you). You might even be able to call pest control yourself and deduct the cost from your next months rent.

Try babies r us. I know they have netting for pack n plays perhaps it will fit over the crib, or you can see if they have it for a crib or last resort google it. Good luck!

I was 1 cm on June 2 - which was just over 35 weeks for me. Last week at my dr's appt (3 weeks later) I was at 1.5. Just hanging out, apparenlty....
