Hello! I have back pain too. It's just starting but I can tell it's going to be a problem as time goes on. I was told I have a tilted uterus and I think that might be increasing the back pain. Right now it hurst most after I've been lying down or sleeping for a while. When that happens I have to lie on my back with my knuckles underneath pressing where it hurts. That usually helps.

Hey there! I have had lower backache more or less since I found out I am pregnant. It's totally normal - all your ligaments shifting and making way for the baby, but yes, it's a total pain. I feel it worst when I get up off the bed after lying down. I feel like an old person!

I FEEL YA GRL!! IT FINALLY WENT A WAY BUT IT FELT LIKE A PINCHED NERVE IN MY TAIL BONE/BUTT FOR LIKE 3 DAYS I COULD BARELY WALK AND NOT BEND OVER AT ALL:{ ONE OF THE GRLS ON HERE SAID THAT BETWEEN 12 AND 14 WEEKS BABY SITS ON A NERVE THAT EFFECTS ARE SPINE AND TAIL BONE:} I USED MY HEATING PAD(JUST LAIS ON IT) IT IT MADE IT FEEL ALOT BETTER.HOPE THAT HELPS!!! HOPE IT FEELS BETTER 4 U SOON!!
