Hi my name is Stephanie and this is my 2nd pregnancy. My son Jacob is about to be 2 years old and our 1st daughter will be here in May...a week after Jake turns 2.

I went to the Dr. this week and they said that the baby has already dropped and they will to an exam on me in 2 weeks to see if I am dialated. This happend with my son as well and I was dilated to a 2 at 32 weeks and then had him at 36 wks...I have a feeling that is the case with this one as well. Other than that I am feeling great I gained the normal 2 lbs in 2 wks and am feeling great..just hoping she wants to stay in until atleast 36 wks.

Hey everyone...well went to the Dr. today and was having a few contractions....not dialated yet but good news they want to do a sono on me next week to check my cervix so that means I get to see my little princess again!!!! Her head is down low they could feel it other than that everything is great..just need to keep her in there for 5 more weeks. I only gained a half lb. in 2 weeks which brings my total to 12 lbs the whole pregnancy...much better than with my first when I gained 50 lbs lol. I will update on monday next week!!!

Update....not much going on went today for a sono to check the size of baby...I am 32 weeks and she is roughly 4lbs and they saw hair on her head which is cool cause my son came out bald as can be lol. Next week they are gonna run a test to see if I can go into labor in the next two weeks if it comes back negative they said I am good to go and after that I wont have to be on close watch anymore. I didnt gain any wait since last week so that went good. Other than that I am feeling pretty good just the normal aches and pains from her being headdown and dropped already. That's about it for now...will update again on Monday.

That's exactly how my last labour started, when I went to the hospital I was already 5cm dilated with no pain whatsoever. I would go and get checked out, then at least you won't be getting stressed about 'am I, aren't I?'

OH MY GOSH!! I can definitely related with you. All I ever hear at work is 'oh my gosh you are getting BIG' and someone really did tell me the other day that my face is 'filling' out. When I asked my Mom and husband they said they couldn't tell if my face was 'plumper' but who knows. I can't stand people commenting on my ever growing baby bump. I really feel like snapping sometimes, let alone the BIRTH stories!!

I read your comment on the baby's weight. If you r friends baby weighs 4 lbs at 29 weeks than her baby is a very big baby!!! They are only supposed to weigh 4 lbs at 32 weeks, so your baby is just right.

Yeah, I just never had it this bad with my first pregnancy, but then again, my hubby wasn't going to iraq during that one! I need him here to hold me so i can feel like its all ok! dumb war lol! seriously im proud of him and what he's doing but i really need him. thanks for listening ^_^

im so scared that she could be in danger because of everything going on now! there is no way to eliminate all the stress going on, but the little things like the blanket seem so stupid now that i have to take medication for stress!

im glad im not the only one who would feel this way, unfortunately i have to step back and take a deep breath and let it go without saying my piece, because i had an appt today and the doctor said my blood pressure was way extremely high. he had to put me on pills! i guess theres too much going on in my life right now and i just cant afford to hold a grudge and put my lil girl at risk!!!!

oh boy! WHen u said that u cant feel the contractions it caught my attention b/c at my last prenatal appointment, my midwife was feeling my stomach and she thought i was having one---and asked me if i felt anything. I didnt feel a thing. Maybe I wasnt even having one---but it's odd that she would have thought i was then...
My baby's already in the head down position----but as far as i know, he hasnt 'dropped'. What position is your baby in?

hi, thanks. my ob said to me that it should have already been done so i guess that concerned me a bit. I already have 2 babes at home and everything was fine with them. They are 3 and 2 not too sure how this is all going to be done! lol
how about you? Its awesome having them close tho! my daughter will be 4 in august and my son 3 in october. then this one.

we dont know what we are having this time...i have a feeling it is a boy again...i had a strong feeling the first time and i was right so i think it may be a boy again this time...who knows...time will tell haha

Is that Little Elm Texas? If so, we are somewhat close. No, I am not too worried. Baby seems to be very healthy. I am looking at as a blessing in disguise. This is my 4th baby and I always gain a ton of weight!

Hey, I have noticed in the last 5 or 6 days I have almost completely lost my appetite. It is weird cause I have been eating like a FOOL for the last 3 months...literally I was eating every 2 hours or I would be sick! Now, I feel like I have to remember to eat. I just started taking a very large dose of Iron pills, and I was thinking maybe it has something to do with that, but I'm not sure. It is weird, I'm just not hungry! I have an appt on Friday and will be asking my obgyn then for sure!!
