thank you all SO much for the advice on the caffiene subject. I have felt so bad for drinking Dr.pepper and stuff every now and then throughout my pregnancy but now its like I just cant say no! and it tastes so goood!!!!! LOL so now thanks to all you ladies I feel so much better about it!! its good to hear other people are going through or have gone through the same things as me! Hey girl, just wanted to say hi and see how it's going with 3 kids? Do the others help you? It is getting kind of nerve wrecking for me with my 4 year old. She wants to help a little too much and my patience haven't been the greatest. How's baby boy? Kinlee is the most precious little girl ever! ( I said that with my first too, but you know how that is). She just sleeps all the time...literally. Does yours? We have to wake her up to eat sometimes too. This diet is much harder then pregnancy! At least a baby feeling good is good motivation to help me eat better to lose the pregnancy weight. I loooove chocolate and hear thats really bad..I'll just believe it and stick with that to help stick with a good diet.
