Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

When I had an ultrasound at 32 weeks both babies were over 4lbs. They haven't measured them since then. The 22nd of Aug is my B-day! But I don't look forward to carring these two until then. After next thursday I'm good to go. Good Luck!

Doctor says they are fraternal because they have their own sac and placenta. There is a very small chance they are identical, but not likely. Hoping for natural birth, as long as they stay head down. Both of my other kids were naturally.

Yes, I'm having twin girls. I know my two oldest are suffering right now. My 4 year old just wants to stay at home with me, he doesn't want to leave, but my 7 year old would rather go to my parents. Went to the doctor today and he said I'm to stay on bedrest for at least another week and a half. I'll be 36 weeks. After that I can do whatever I want. Don't think it will be much, I can barely walk to the car now to go to the doctor's.

I'm not due until August 28th. But I know I won't make it that long. I'm already dilated to 3cm, 70% effaced. I can't stand being on bedrest. My other two kids are so confused right now, they don't understand why I can't do anything for them. Just take it easy!

Congrats on the twins. I am sorry that you won't have help around - I can't imagine how busy that will be on your own. I guess my advice would be to accept any form of help from anybody (friends, coworkers of yours or husband) - especially frozen meals or food. And try not to worry about the house and just enjoy your babes - they are only small for such a short period of time!!!
