Yes that is very true, my boss was telling me a story of how his wife had been told she had cancer. They went to 4 different hospitals for opionions.

So how are you feeling, when do you go next to your doc? This is your first baby correct?

I think you will be just fine. Don't stress at all about it and as long as you have all your symptoms no bleeding or pain you should not worry. Guess what! I did change back to my old doc, and even if he is further he is worth it! We saw the heart beat he said I am 7 weeks 4 days. He is soo positive and told me to be also. Next appointment is May 15th. One day at a time and I think we are going to be fine. Let's keep in touch. Oh I am Alicia.

You're so lucky! I thought the doctor would want to see me right away, but they said to wait:( I can't wait to hear the heart beat! They told me my husband didn't need to be at the first appointment on the 30th... I guess that means they don't expect anything cool to happen... Does that sound right to you?

Hi! I'm in my fifth week, and I had the same question. When I called the doctor, they told me that the first appointment should be scheduled for 8 weeks. You can call to make the appointment now though. Congratulations!!
