Michael Brandon was born May 19th via c-section at 7:36 pm. He weighed 6lbs 6oz and measured in at 19.75 inches long.

Birth Story

I went into labor at 9:28 sunday night. I was on my way back from out of town. Contractions were 5 min apart and doc said for me to go to the hospital. I was 37 weeks that day so the baby would be fine. Any who...so i was laboring and at about 7:00 am monday morning i was given pitocin. i did not have bad contractions at all. At 9:45 my doctor came and broke my water. The contractions still werent that bad after my water broke. i ended up getting an epidural when i was 5-6 cm dialated. At around 7:20 the doc said i had to have a c-section because Michael was going into distress. I was about 9 cm when he told me this so it was very dissapointing because i was close to being able to deliver vaginally. It all happened fast so i was just glad to have my son finally and that he was healthy. Well thats it!
