Sunday, 30 Mar Thanks for your comments on the picture. My boyfriend and I called ourselves doing a phote shoot in the park. He took most of the pictures, and we had a stranger take the pictures of us together. It was fun and the pictures turned out cool...something for us to tell baby about :-) weloveourbaby -
Sunday, 30 Mar I am so there with you! I would love to have more of my maternity leave in the summer so that I do not have to take off again for events such as what you've mentioned. I am still working, and it's working out...If I knew a magical way to keep him healthy and in the oven until May 1st I would, but I guess it's not up to me. I'm surely not wanting him to come early. I hope it works out for you! jazmenflower -
Sunday, 30 Mar thank you so much ~*GardenMommy*~ -
Sunday, 30 Mar First I want to say that I hope you feel better soon. It's a shame that your feeling so sad, when you should be feeling excited about the wonderful joy of meeting your baby. Your baby is about to enter the world and meet you 'MOMMY', the greatest person in the world to your baby.
I know your both excited and scared at the same time, but I do want to say this, 'It's Normal' to feel sad, and scared about the weeks ahead of you. I felt the same way with my first child almost 4 years ago, and I'm still alittle scared with this baby girl that will be here within the next 5 weeks.
Another thing to remember, as you said 'you hope you will be half as good of a mother as your mother is.' The fact is that because you think this way, your already more of a mother than you realize. Another fact is that the worrying you feel, is another motherly trait that only gets stronger with each passing day of your babies life. Cheer Up and I wish you the best of luck in this wonderful experience. You will do just fine, and I'm sure you will be just as wonderful of a mom as your mom was to you. Best Wishes and Have a great week! Karla-Anne -

Hey! My hubby was in 4th ID also!!!! He was stationed out of Ft. Hood! HoldtsHoney -
Saturday, 29 Mar Nope, I don't think I've had any BH. I was definitely NOT ready for my doc to tell me that though. By the way, my hubby got out of the Army not too long ago and was in Iraq in 2006. How are those military docs? I'm so glad I don't have to deal with them anymore. LOL dixiegreen -
Thursday, 13 Mar Hey -- I was just reading your post on the 33 weeks area.... I get that way too sometimes... When he turns a certain way my stomach gets rock hard and it is actually so tight with so much pressure it's hard to walk. At first I thought it was contactions too - maybe braxton hicks, you know. I went to the Dr - just incase and he said it was the baby just finding new positions. Boy, I'm not so sure I like those new positions....
How is pregnacy treating you other than that -- you look great btw.

Tuesday, 11 Mar I completely agree with you on the whole dressing the baby for coming home. My first, i brought some sweats, a long sleeve onsie, socks, hat and a blankie. Now i'm even thinking that's overdoing it. It was one of her too cute outfits from her shower, but this time around, i'm just going to bring a sleeper, onsie and a sweat suit, just in case the weather wants to be uncooperative. Simple is best, especially because you want it to be easy to change them and you want them to be as comfy as possible on teh ride home. GOOD LUCK!!! WE'RE ALMOST THERE!!! YAY! brandi0881 -
Monday, 10 Mar Hi, I posted the comment about the tampon thing. My doc didn't really say anything other than the baby just moving down slowly. It can be painful and really uncomfortable at times. I guess it's just part of it. One of those parts that no one tells you. I think I am gonna write a book about all the things you go thru in pregnancy that NO ONE warns you about!! jamiekritz -
Monday, 10 Mar YEs! I called the Dr on this 3 weeks ago. It knocked me to the floor crying! Thinking his foot was coming out or something.. but.. its called 'lightening'.. there is no room at all for the baby in your tummy and he/she is kicking your cervix or bouncing off of it. Completly normal.
and It hurts.. doesn't really get any better either :( FirstTImeMom -
Monday, 10 Mar I have had that pain! I thought it was the baby kicking/punching against my cervix....but I don't know. I think it is normal??? hotlipsmommy -

Friday, 7 Mar well you know every show, book, site I read say that a glass of wine every once and a while durring pregnancy is fine... just one glass tho not two or three... so if you want I say indulge it wont do anything to your baby if ya dont beleive me look it up on the net... my friend turned 21 when she was 5 months prego and she had a glass of wine like once a month after that- she asked the doctor first- and her daughter is a normal beautiful healthy pudgy baby... shes like 3 months old now... Hope this helped :) and congratulations on your pregnancy xpecting1 -

Thursday, 28 Feb Thanks, I decided to wait until today and I called the Dr. and told then about the pain and how it is getting worse. All my tests checked out normal and my Dr. told me what I did not want to hear! He said that I can't continue to sit behind a desk all day because it is taking a toll on my back! AHH I need to work until the baby is here! So I guess after all the worrying I just have pregnancy back!! Thanks for your thoughts! :) sarahnicely -

Tuesday, 26 Feb I was told by my doctor that Tylenol PM is okay to take...I just don't think you want to take it everynight (and that defeats the purpose). I read on here that someone takes sleepytime tea...Mayeb worth a try.
I am sorry you are having such terrible nightmares..
