I finally got my colpo done- she didn't see anything to biopsy, but she did send some cells off that she got from a scrape to check.. hopefully I will hear back from them Monday... I am just so glad it's over with. I have to go back every 6 months, too. Oh and I am really struggling to take off weight, I am sitting at 225 and won't budge. Do you have any pointers or secrets???

Hey, I keep thinking about finding a doctor for the Vitamin B shots. I work out 6 days a week, cardio everyday and weighlifting every other and the weight's not changing much. I suppose I could be trading fat for muscle seeing as muscle weighs more than fat. I do see my body toning up and not as jiggly but I'm used to seeing the scale change. Ahhhhhgggg! Does insurance cover them? Congratulations on your weight loss, that is excellent!!
