Thanks for the descriptive birth story of you induction. I am being induced on Tuesday. My other two children were not induced so I have been curious to find out what an induced delivery was like. I hope mine goes as smoothly. Sounds like you had pain but your hospital managed it well??? I had an epidural with my last and had a good experience with it so I was planning one again. Thanks again for your story and congrats. He is beautiful.

Yeah it hurt like hell I did not know it would hurt so bad. And I am hoping maybe this baby will do something tonight or tomorrow night so I can go into ntural labor but if not I guess I will just have to deal with the induction

I wanna be induced on the 18th...no fair, its my husband's gfather's bday and thats the day we wanted but I'm not going back to the Dr. til then, so I know there is a slim chance I will have him on that day unless I go into labor on my own that day...good luck to you though. In 5 days you get to meet your beautiful baby!

Congratulations on the induction! Maybe you'll go into natural labor before then, wouldnt that be great?! Did you ask for the induction or is something going on? I have my appt tomorrow, I'm hoping I've made more progress, but if not, how do I ask for an induction?

I also have a sharp vagina...I mean, pain. Mine is almost always there. My midwife thinks it is swelling or fluid buildup pressing on a bone or nerve or something. Will be gone soon!!!!!

haha! You're very sweet! I think I just might write a book! I've written enough stuff about this pregnancy, THAT'S for sure!! I'm soooooo glad you feel better after you ate something. That has always happened to me as I have had low blood pressure and kinda low blood sugar since I was a teenager and if I didn't eat at regular times I felt like I was gonna die!! (I'd get real shaky, the back of my neck would feel hot and sweaty, I couldn't focus on anything, couldn't make decisions, I'd be crazy irritable, I'd feel like I had to barf and I was just a big old b!tch until I got some food or juice or SOMETHING!!...then everything was fine. It's WEIRD!!) So now I snack a lot and make sure to keep stuff in the car, in my purse/backpack, etc. It might be a good idea for you to not skip meals and stuff even after the baby is born...just because our bodies are changing so much lately. Check with your doc thought about the hoo-hoo pain. Especially if it's not going away. Mine will come and go. But if yours is constant I might call the nurse and let them know what is up just so you can get some peace of mind. Fun though...eh? haha! So O-V-E-R being pregnant!! Just want my little princess to play with! ;-)
