Hi my name is Aletha. I have been happily married to my husband Nick for 5 years this June. We have a beautiful little boy named Aiden who is 2 1/2. We are expecting our second child July 23 and IT'S A GIRL!!!! We are so excited that our little boy gets to have a little sister. I have been a stay at home mommy for the past 8 months (by choice thankfully) and enjoy every minute of it!!!

thanks for writing me back about the colic. he's actually in his room screaming right now. i do all i can do for a couple hours, then i let him scream in his room for about 15 minutes, then i get him again so he can scream in my face!!! sometimes he'll calm down if i put him in a sling on my chest and walk around the house. my back is killing now or i'd be walking him. im going to try the stroller!!! he's out of control from midnight-ish to 4:30am. this is by far the hardest thing i have ever had to do!

I would call and ask your doctor about the cereal - every baby is different. My son is 3 months old and he also eats like crazy (6-8 ounce bottles). His doctor doesn't want him to have any cereal before 4 months because she said it can make babies gain weight too quickly. Good luck!

about the question you posted in 3 mo baby...My husband and i have been giving our daughter cereal since she was about 2 and 1/2 mos because i too am bf and she would eat and still be hungary when i was emptied. She has done very well with it. We had to change her from rice to oatmeal because she quit pooping. but she is doing much better now. The first 4 to 5 days is kinda hard because she wore more than she ate! haha but it does get much better and eaiser. Hope this helped, Good luck!
