Monday, 28 July hi :) and thanks. well, first of all, it took me a year to lose ALL the weight. i gained 80 pounds so it was a long road down. i wasnt losing any at all at first, with breastfeeding i still ate alot. then when i was down to around 150, i really started to crack down on my eating habits. no junk, at all! no sugar, nothing white (sugar, bread, flour). not a lot of carbs in general, but if u do, then only whole wheat. LOTS of fruits and vegetables. only lean meat. mostly chicken and sea food. no lunch meat and pre made food (packaged 'diet' food) gotta make ur own food :) and u do have to count calories. i would suggest around 1200 a day. and, of course.. exercise. cario and weights. good luck, im sure u can do it. it just takes will power. keep me updated. marissam -
