It's a girl! Katie Elizabeth

I was quite shocked to find out I was expecting. We had tried for a while and I had been told that I would probably need assistance in getting pregnant, so we put it on hold, or at least we thought we did!

20 week ultrasound - It took over an hour to see that she was a girl. She was 11 ounces and looked as if she was throwing a fit... tossing her hands and opening and shutting her little mouth. Her leg bone was about an inch long and she was in the 75% tile for her age.

28 Weeks - Her Heart Rate was 150

30 - 31 weeks - Everythings seems good so far. I've gained about 12 1/2 pounds since I got pregnant (although I went from 110lbs to 102lbs after my first few months and now I'm up to 122 1/2 lbs.... so more like 20 lbs!) She's mostly out in front, although I can fill her little hands off to my right side... they push and punch if I roll over on my right side! I can actually tell they are about the size of my thumbs! My blood count dropped from 12 to 10. But, I passed the one hour gulcose!

31 Weeks - Her Heart Rate was 140

31 Weeks and 6 Days. Everyone says I look BIG!

33 Weeks!

My twin brother's daughter Haile Christine will be here tomorrow morning! I'm so excited! My boyfriend is also meeting me to get our marriage certificate and we'll figure out the entire JP thing within the next few weeks.

As for Katie, she has been really pushing... I can tell she is running out of room and not liking it one bit! Everyone is asking "just around the corner?" or "just a few more weeks?"... I wish! As I told my boyfriend, although I am looking so much to seeing her and holding her, there are other reasons I'll be happy to have her!

She's turned! I wieghed in at 124 lbs and although my blood pressure is good, my resting heart rate is jumping from 100 to 120-130 at various times throughout the day.

My twin brother's daughter was born August 22 at 8:28am, 7lbs 10 ounces and 19 inches long at 37 weeks. She is beautiful!
