sorry I took so long to reply but yes the castor oil worked. I took 5 teaspoons before bed and about 8 hours later I was having contractions. I think it really only works when your body is already in motion to deliver soon. I was already 2-3 centimeters dialated before I took the castor oil so that helped too. I think for the most part it helped speed things up. I would have rather not use the oil but I was miserable and the babywas so big that I wanted to get him out while I still had a chance to do it vaginally.

castro oil might induce labor but it will give you a bad case of the shit. sex is always s afe way to induce labor.

yea i am scarred of all kinds of meds.... and people that had multible kids already, told me that the induction labor compare to the normal one, was much harder. no one that i talked to that had both ways, liked the induction better.
so i am scarred to need to be induced.... i have more 6 days till my due date and i really hope things happen on it;s own.

I am getting induced in 8 days at 39 weeks and 1 day becasue my last baby was 9 pounds 14 ounces and born at 41 weeks...so she said that we would induce around 39 weeks. I didnt have to ask her but was very happy when she told me this is what we would do if it was allright with me :)
