A little bit about me....

Hi! My name is Amanda, my husband and I have been married since March 2005, we tried for 8 months before getting pregnant with our first precious baby girl! We got to meet her in May 2008. She was worth the wait! It didn't take nearly as long to get pregnant with our second precious baby girl, only 2 months of not protecting! We met her in December 2009. My husband says he is happy with our family and considers himself done having kids, I would like at least one more down the road a few years... so I have some time to work on him! lol!

I work as a CAD Tech 45 minutes from home, it's very hard for me to be away from my daughters. If we could afford it I would quit in a heartbeat to be a SAHM, not that I don't like my job, I just like my daughters better! :-) I am happiest when I am at home taking care of my daughters, and my house, taking care of my family. I'm finding I'm more old fashioned than I ever thought I was in that I feel like I should be staying home taking care of my family, I always thought I'd want to go back to work after having kids, but it kills me a little bit each day leaving my daughters. I'm torn between my responsibilities at work, and my desire to be home. My husband and my daughters are my life! They mean everything to me! I have a twin sister who I'm very close to (she's on this site too). Her husband and my husband work together and are best friends... needless to say we spend a LOT of time together! I have 5 cats and a dog.
