Hello ladies, my name is Heather and I am 13 weeks pregnant. I have had an ectopic pregnancy and a miscarriage in the past. After a few years of trying again with no luck, my husband and I adopted the most beautiful baby boy! He is almost 20 months now so we were quite shocked when we found out we we're pregnant! They always say once you adopt then you will get pregnant! I go to the doctor today for some bloodwork and an ultrasound so I will update soon!

I went to the doctor yesterday and everything looked great! They did change my due date from June 24th to June 26th, 2008....dang it! Oh well....I am going to see a nurse who does ultrasounds on the side after hours to determine the sex of the baby on Jan. 7th! I am so excited!

I don't blame you at all for taking your son to daycare. I would take mine if I could afford it right now. I'm not getting paid while I'm out of work with the baby for 2 months so I had to withdrawl him. :-( That's too bad about your high blood pressure. I'm sure that's no fun... hang in there!!!

Hey girl. Yes, they did induce me at 8 am. Had the first contraction right before 10 am and she was born at 8:48, so I guess I was in labor for almost 11 hours. The first 5 cm took almost 10 hours and the last 5 cm only took about 1 hour. That last part happened really fast...

Oh! I am SO happy for you! The full moon must have worked well for you. It did nothing for me. LOL. I would love to see a pic of your sweet baby. All you have to do is click on the link at the top, under your pic, where it says "photos" and then you should be able to download it. So, was it a hard delivery? Did everything go pretty smoothly? Well girl. I was thinking all day that I would be having my baby in the morning and I just got a call from the hospital saying they have to change it because they are full. Now I have to wait til friday unless she decides to come on her own. Darn it!!!

Hey girl! I'm SO happy. Went to doc and she said I am 1 cm. and 50% effaced! Also, she said baby is lower than she was last thurs. I've had a few real good contractions the past couple of days. Last time I didn't start dilating til I was in full-blown labor so...I think it will be soon!
And if she doesn't come on her own... I am officially scheduled for an induction at 8 am on the 18th!!! YAY Hot-Mom- - Wednesday, 11 June
Well I go to the doc today. We'll see what she says but I'm sure it's gonna be the same as before...closed and baby high up. My last pregnancy I didn't start to dilate until I was in true labor. But, alteast I know I will be having her one week from today, at the very latest. And I only have 3 more days to work. I'll let you know what doc says today! Take Care

Well, I went to the doc and she said my cervix is still tightly closed and she has not dropped yet. BUT she also set an induction date for me...June 18. I'm getting nevious now. It won't be long! Good luck and keep me posted.

Im barely hangin in here! I don't know about you but I'm getting real uncomfortble and tired of being preg. Only 7 more weeks but they sure are draggin... Atleast I only have 30 more work days til I take off for 6-8 weeks. I can't wait. So, How have you been feeling? You still hangin in??
