5/5/07 Say hello to our little girl Sydney Jade...we had our ultrasound yesterday and we have a beautiful little girl due Sept.22. Our 13yr old daughter is excited beyond words and so are we...i have to go back for another ultrasound in a few weeks cause this little one seems to be stubborn and would not turn over for the tech so she couldn't get all the pictures that she needed...have a great day everyone!!!!!
our daughter Alexandra and my husband Bill Ally before her 8th grade formal 5/11/07 I got busted eating a chesse cake the other night...thought everyone was asleep...opps!!!! 5/22/07 Oh goodness I have an awful head & chest cold...I have a doctors appt. on friday and I'm trying so hard not to take anything cause it worries me so much what affect it will have on the baby...so far no fever just a nasty stuffed up head and now a yucky cough...the baby is good I feel her moving all the time and its the neatest feeling in the world...I'm getting bigger every day...I've gone up two sizes in my bra too...wooohooo thats great!!!! I'm on this ice cream binge lately...I have to have an ice cream cone a day hehe haha!!! My husband teases me all the time about my daily stop at Dairy Queen...I can't help it seems like if there is any food involved I'm there. My daughter is still really freaked out about touching my belly when the baby is moving...she thinks its just wierd LOL...i tried to explain to her the joy and wonderful feeling but she still refuses to feel the baby move...she did go to my ultrasound and was so excited to see the baby and watch it move...I have another one scheduled for June 4th...apprently she would not roll over so they could see the other side of her so I have to go back...hopefully she will cooperate this time...well I think I am going to go crash on the couch and relax now...ttfn 5/25/07 I had my dr. appt. this morning...I am offically 23 weeks today...things are going realy well...the baby is growning lots and the rib pain I'm having is from lack of room for the growing baby...the dr said it should subside with some time...I hope so cause some days its just plain painful to sit, stand, and even lay down. The last ultra sound didn't show enough of the baby so I'm going for another one June 4th...but what it did show was just fine. Not to much else going on...just having some down moments lately...I'm just down for some reason and not sure why...like yesterday all I did was cry off and on pretty much all day. today is about the same...I don't know I just chalk it up as pregnancy wacky hormones...lol...and we all know what those are hehehehe...well I guess I better get back to work since I am at work...Have a great weekend everyone!! 6/4/07 Well today was another ultrasound...things are looking fabulous...it was a great ultrasound,too..the tech took a few extra minutes to show me lots of stuff and i was able to see her fingers, toes, brain, heart, face, and body very clearly this time...she weighs about 1 lb 5 oz now...she hasn't got much room in there but she was very active...active enough that the tech had trouble keeping up with her and had trouble getting a good read on her heart beat cause she kept moving...she blew bubbles and was sucking on her fingers, too.It was really really exciting.Today my back is a bit sore but over all I am feeling real good...just counting the days till I can hold this little one in my arms...lets see I have 3 months and 8 days to go...my husband put a count down cock on our desk top...he is really excited as well...he had to miss the ultrasound today but the tech gave me 6 pictures to take home...well I have to get dinner ready now...chat more another day. 6/20/07 Here I am at 26 weeks...I'm such a silly girl...LOL...and goodness am I popping out every where or what? I have a doctors appt. on friday morning so i will update you all then...I just wanted to post these real quick...hehehe. 6/22/07 OH MY GOODNESS I went to the doctor today and I have gained a total of 40 lbs already...I gained 11 in the last month LOL!!!!! The doctor doesn't seem to concerned she thinks its just fine since I was so tiny to begin with...anyway I feel as big as a house LOL!!!! I've actually out grown some maternity tops already...so far all is going very well...my ultrasound came back perfectly normal and she is right where she should be for my due date. I have to go for they typical diabetes test tomorrow morning fun fun...they told me I didn't have to fast for it which I had always heard you had too...so cool I was worried I would have to go 10-12 hrs with out eating and that is not a simple task for me...I eat everything in sight and I drink enough to make a normal person float away...LOL...my girlfriends at work threw me a surprise baby shower the other day at work so I got tons of stuff...my daughter and I went through it all and started getting the nursery in order...I am letting Ally (our 13 1/2 yr old) design the nursery...I figured what better way to keep her involved and feeling special during this pregnancy...she still isn't to excited about feeling the baby move but she talks to her all the time and is very excited about becoming a big sister...my husband on the other hand can't keep his hands off my belly LOL he just loves to feel her move...and move is all she does...she is certainly more active than I remember Ally being...the dr said that was great and her heartbeat was some where between 140 & 144 she kept moving and kicking so it was hard for her to keep up with her. Well ladies I am off to have rest today was a long day...hope everyone is doing well too. Hugs for you all!!!! 7/02/07 I hope everyone has a happy, safe, and wonderful holiday...I hit the 7 month mark on Sat. the 30th...things are still going great I go back to the dr.'s on July 13th. We are quickly running out of room these days LOL!!! I broke down and bought a big momma bathing suit cause we are taking a family vacation to the beach the first weekend in August. I hope to god its not hot for me...I will be sure to drink lots of water and stay in the shade as much as possible...I'm really looking forward to this vacation I really need it. Not to much has changed just gaining weight and actually growing out of some of my maternity clothes...LOL I can't wear my wedding rings anymore so they are on a chain around my neck...my feet and hands seem to swell very quickly in the heat...I was glad we got a break in the weather these last few days but I know it won't last. Well I am off to find something sweet to eat...hehehe I'm still on an icecream kick maybe a trip to Dairy Queen for an icecream cone...yummy!!!! Hello Mommies...its been a while...we had to do without internet for a while...ya know how it is sometimes ya gotta catch up on bills etc. well I am back and much bigger than when i left. I am now 8 months and ready to explode...I'm up to 153 lbs I started at 100 lbs WOW big momma now!!!!! Things are still going very well with the exception she has run out of room fast and I am starting to have lots more rib and pelvic pain. My c-section is scheduled for Sept. 18th WOOHOOO!!!!!!! thats if i don't go into labor before that. I've started to drop already which scares me a bit...It's hard to remember all these things since its been 14 yrs since I was last pregnant. I'm going to the dr every two weeks now and they seem to think I will make it to my due date but everyone else thinks I'll go early...I have no clue I guess Sydney will either come when she darn well pleases or she'll wait till the 18th LOL. I'm hitting that really tired stage again and I'm kinda feeling like I'm tried of being pregnant, too. although I will miss being pregnant when the time comes...I'll really miss feeling her move inside me...well I have tons of emails to catch up on...hugs to all the mommies out there!!! 8/25/07 LOL LOL LOL LOL I just noticed the big ole Coors Light cup in the two pictures I just posted....NO WORRIES its just a glass of water...my hubby is a Coors Light Sales Rep. so we have tons of Coors Light stuff floating around our house...it just looks bad all big and pregnant and a beer cup sitting there LOL goodness it will be forever before I have another beer. Well I went to the dr on friday and they have yet again changed my dates...my c-section if officially scheduled for Sept. 25th my due date is Sept. 30th...i thought they did c-sections a few weeks early???? but I guess not...I am getting a little worried cause I am afraid of going into labor before the c-section. I have no idea what labor is all about I had to have a c-section with my first daughter because she was breech and stuck in my pelvic area so the doc said yep you get another section and of course I didn't argue with him. Well anyway everything is going really well and I am really excited and i just can't wait to hold that little girl in my arms...have a great weekend Mommies. Sydney Jade 7 lbs 14oz 20 1/2 inches long...born at 11:24 am on Sept. 25,2007 All is going very well...I'm really sore and having trouble sitting to long at the computer but wanted everyone to know things are going great and I am happier than I thought I ever could be...We are all so happy and I promise to update more later.
