Hey there, just reading your week-by-week post: I'd be checking with your prescribing doctor or health care provider about the iron pills. Sounds dreadful! Your body may get used to it, but it's an unusual reaction - more commonly they cause constipation (sorry about tmi)

Hi,

I've been reading through ancient posts on on the depression forum and I was just wondering how you are doing - do you feel any more excited now that you're further along? I'm 15 weeks and I seriously haven't smiled or felt positive about anything since I found out (I was pretty low before then but I have definitely plummeted since). Just wondering whether it is something that might get better when I can start to feel it?

My dh says the same thing about feeling the baby move, and he's had two children already. Anyway, he said that he can't tell if it's me moving or what. I have told him that I'm perfectly still, and my belly going slowly up and down is me breathing, but fast bumps are baby. I have told him to press more firmly, too, since he may not be able to feel it as hard as I think the kicks are. He has felt the baby tightening from B-H pushing Thumper against my stomach. Maybe your man can feel your stomach when your stomach is very tight, which is where baby is.
