Today I found out that I'm going to have a baby of my own! My husband and I have been trying now for about 3 1/2 years...and had finally given up after 3 failed IUI attempts. We had just finished going through the process to become a Foster Family, and were going to be getting our first child in about 3 months when WALA! Baby in belly. We've decided to put off the foster parenting for a few years but still very much would still like to do it.
My 15 year old step son was so happy that he's FINALLY going to have a baby sister or brother!

Jan. 26th-
Today we found out that we are going to be the proud parents of a baby girl! We're SO excited!
Joe and I both felt like it was a girl, but for some reason I just KNEW that when we went in it was going to be a boy...I guess I was wrong. :)
I think now that I know what the gender is...the next half of the pregnancy will go alot faster for me...atleast I hope so!

I'm surprised at how many faces are completely instinctual and not learned. Even smiling is instinctual in it's basic form, but then perfected through learning. I hate when he cries, but I still can't help being enchanted by that pouty little lip when he's fussy.

Hey there, I have no idea since its walmarte'. I can tell you it has the concept of a girdle (heehee)..my friend even had her MIL wrap an ace bandage around her waist to help things stay "in" since its all floating around in there.... It was under $12 and it was in the lingerie section with all the slimmers. It is basically something I can, and probably will die with on, under my clothes to give the great false impression that all is compact. I got a size medium and almost killed myself getting in it, their sizes are unfair and it did not have buttons or snaps etc....I just got the cheapest one. I was impressed it didn't rip apart (feet first to the waist-no leg or thigh attachments or whatever just a waist band) and wear it thruout the day, and I never leave the house, so even in my jammies, I get up and throw it on. It really does alot for the self esteem. Due to that I felt pretty again =) Good luck!!!!!!

Sorry that your husband was out late last night and not coming home when he said... Mine went out to teh bar because he said he was stressed lol nice huh... I was bitching about him to my sister last night for about 2 hours while alexa was sleeping and then he came home at 10. I was pretty surprised to see him and I dont know what happened but he came in and gave me a huge hug and said he loves me... umm ok.. lol
How are you doing besides your hubby be out and having a blast?? I do feel the same way, when do we ever just get you pick up and leave and go to the bar with our gfs? never!!! its not fair at all!
Well i hope things are better and that he came home not too drunk:)

aww. thats hard to hear about, isnt it? my friend is eighteen, lives at home still, no where to go, but her dad has the shortest temper EVER. she stayed the other night because he said he was going out and she knew he was going to drink. so she stayed here. she went home and the house was thrashed. ugh. it upsets me. yeah, moving..seriously..shoot me. i have NO motivation whatsoever to pack.
