Hello all, My name is Angelina or Gina for short.

During the month of February I've been having some pains around my right ovary which I think is a cyst. Not real sure, but from my symptoms, that is what it seems like. I took a HPT this morning and afternoon and both came back positive!! I am scared because I don't want this to be a false positive because of the possible cyst. I have a doc. appointment on the 5th, a week from today. I just can't take the anticipation of not knowing...

March 5, 2008----I had my first doc. appointment today to confirm my pregnancy!! I am due on November 3rd, which means I am 5 weeks and 1 day. I have been pretty nauseous and my breasts have been hurting but other than that I don't know what to do with myself. It doesn't feel real and seems crazy to say I'm pregnant!!

March 17, 2008----I had my first Ultra Sound today and heard the lil bean's heart beat. It was 140 bpm and the doc said it's strong. The baby is also 1 cm long! There was a small mass inside my uterus along with the baby and it's sac. He said it was nothing to worry about though and it will probably go away over time. I got some pics too!!!!! I would put them up, but my mom has my scanner at her house as we traded printers. I go to the doc next on 04/14...

May 3, 2008----13 weeks 5 days~~~Haven't updated in while... Went to the doc when I was 11 weeks exactly and they couldn't find the heartbeat with the doppler. It made me very nervous as I was expecting to hear it :-( Well the doc I had said "i'm not good at these things" and was very nonchalant and said it may be too early. I was disappointed and not thrilled how the docs at this office are. I have another doc appointment on the 13th with a new doc at a new office. Hopefully this will be a better experience. Other than that, I've been feeling less tired, way more hungry, but not able to e eat much. Still at the -5 pounds mark. Stomach is getting bigger but no weight gain. I am graduating college in 19 days with my bachelor of psychology degree!!!!!

June 11, 2008----19 weeks 2 days---Went to the doctor yesterday and heart little bean's heartbeat which was loud and clear. I have gained 4 pounds since last month which is 4 pounds total, but I don't think it was that much b/c i weighed myself at home before i went. Down syndrome testing came back great!!! ALSO, the baby has been kicking a bunch since Saturday!!!! But best of all I went and had my u/s today and the baby is healthy and measured right on time and

I'm soooo excited!!! My bf is nervous to have a girl.

July 21, 2008-----25 weeks today. It seems like forever since I updated. Well I moved in with my BF and it has been a work in progress with getting his house ready for our little one. I got a crib last week form Baby Depot for $55!! I am so excited because it was originally $500, but the store was moving and they were getting rid of everything! I was in the right place at the right time! My BF says we "have favor." Everything else has been going good, no real medical problems other than my feet swelling pretty bad because i'm on my feet while at work. I also had a UTI last week, NOT FUN. Oh yea we decided on a name

Julianna Mya Bush

August 24, 2008-----29 weeks 6 days! Well I had my shower yesterday and we got sooo much stuff. I am very exhausted from it and will put some pics up ASAP. My mom and sister threw it and it was beautiful and it was very nice for both sides of the families to come together and meet finally. I feel like now it is okay for me to go out and get the things I need that I didn't get from the shower!

I've been feeling pretty good lately, just tired and having to go pee every 20 minutes. The nursery is still a disaster area and is no where near ready for us to even bring in the baby's stuff. Hopefully we will get it together soon so I won't be 39 weeks preggers getting the nursery ready.

Kaylee is so active it is crazy. She has been wanting to stand straight up for a month. I swear she doesn't want to be a baby, lol.
I looked at the bumbos on ebay and there are some cheap ones. The bebepod is a much pricier one for some reason.

SaraEmily - 15.5 hours ago
I had heard the same thing about the bumbo and bigger babies. I think Kaylee is pretty average size. I can't decide whether to do the bumbo and the jumperoo or just do the jumperoo. It is crazy how expensive baby gear is.

Your welcome hun, working in some nurseries ive had good and bad experiences. where i am now is great i really enjoy it, the staff are lovely and so caring and other children love it and are so well looked after, im happy to leave my daughter with them once i go back to work,

You should get a feeling of the place once your inside, ask about what they do with babies and staff ratio aswell babies at my nursery and in my area are 1-3 which means 1 member of staff has 3 babies to care for, though all staff look after all babies it just makes sure all children are being cared for properly,
im sure your daughter will love being around other children, it encourages them to share and not be so shy aswell,
Good luck with it, xxxxxxxxxx

Well we knew from the beginning we wanted daycare because we both work so far from home and werent willing to be an hour and a half away. Plus I preferred to have him in a "school-like" setting. I love the daycare. I'll describe the one I chose and especially what I liked about it and you can pick and choose the things that would matter to you...
1. Its close to work (easy for me to feed him and play with him on my lunch breaks)
2. Their baby room completely caters to infants and children under 1. They have cribs and age-appropriate toys, exersaucers, jumperoos, bumbos, play mats, highchairs etc...
3. It is very clean and organized. No shoes are allowed in the entire infant room and they disinfect everything after use. All the toys have places and there are very organized separate sections for diapering, feeding, rocking, playing etc...
4. State law requires 1 caregiver per 4 infants, but this daycare's policy is 3.
5. Security - Doors are locked and someone has to buzz or let you into the building. Only preapproved people can pick up your child and by preapproved that means they are written on a list which includes license number.
6. They have a very safe state of the art playground outside completely fenced in and soft. Very well maintained as well. They have a separate section for the babies and younger kids to keep them away from the older rougher kids.
7. Different age rooms he can move to as he gets older. They have the baby room, 1 year old room, early 2's, late 2's, 3's and pre-K. They transition the kids to the older rooms a little at a time instead of just having a time of year to move. They move up when they are ready.
8. Only 1 designated employee gives medication regardless of who cares for the child. All employees are CPR trained.
9. They dont close for a week at a time, only pre-approved holidays. They stay open for snow days as long as the roads are passable. Their policy is basically if you can get to work, so can they.
I cant think of anymore right now, but basically I just got a really good feeling for the place. They were very open to my questions and concerns and I liked all the people. Whenever I stopped in the kids always looked happy and safe. I never had any doubts about them. I really didnt get the feeling I was leaving Wyatt with strangers because I had stopped in and talked to them a lot.

I just wrote a daycare blog. My husband and I worked it out so one of us would be home with my son for 4 months. I went back to work a month ago and he had off. Today is the first day we dropped Wyatt off at daycare. It wasnt as bad as I had feared he LOVES it! I stopped in at lunch and actually disturbed the fun to feed him haha. He was laughing at the other babies. I am even beginning to wonder if staying home with us alone is even the best thing now that I see his interaction with other babies at just 4 months old!

lauren232m - Saturday, 3 January
She started when she was 11 weeks old, or at least thats when we noticed it. She had a little bit of a temp and has been drooling like crazy! Other than that shes been acting completely normal

angie, my boy had teething signs since he was 3 months old - swollen gums, chewing on fingers and toy, episodes of crankiness and slight fever etc. But his first tooth came only now, when he is nearly 6 mos. And his behavior before this was not much different. So may be she is teething, but dont hold your breath yet - it may be long time before you actually see the tooth.

hi! i came to ur page because of the comment u left bout the drooling and spit bubbles. my baby girl has started that as weel n looking at the few comments u got she has done some of those things as well like the whole nipple thing. n today she had a little bit of a fever...maybe they r teething??? keep me updated as i will do the same!

Rachel918 - Thursday, 1 January
Tons of drooling, Alexa's cheeks get very red and she got a little fussy and sometimes ran a fever. Also chewing on many things... 7 weeks is a bit early but some babies are born with teeth already so who knows! good luck.

pixiekate - Thursday, 1 January
my son started teething at 2 months old. he is 7 months and still no teeth have poked through. when he started, it was just drooling, gnawing, and lots of fussiness. he also would clamp down on my nipple and pull to massage his gums, ouch! its not too uncommon for them to teeth early. good luck!

clairelouise - Wednesday, 31 December
hi thanks for your comment about baby weight, i know my baby is not over weight, and is actually smaller than my first daughter at this age, i just remember getting her weighed yrs ago and they constantly said she was too big though she was only a fairly small baby never really chubby or anything, i know from working with children everyones different but seeing everyone put there baby weights down made me curios of how much weight gain is right,
your little girl is gorgeous such a cute little face, congratulations, xxxxxxxx
