Well today I had another prenatal appt. Last week I took the glucose screening test and the week before that I had a 3rd ultrasound of Annalynn. The doctor said everything looked perfect, the results couldn't be more perfect, which was really exciting to hear because I have high blood pressure.

The blood pressure didn't suprise me because it's been high since I was 16 and I've been on meds ever since, until I found out I was prego. For some weird reason it became normal. Well I was just waiting for it to become high again. At 25 week it shot up to 153/102. I went to the hospital did a Non-Stress Test and gave the doctors a 24-hour supply of urine to test for protein. They said other than the high blood pressure everything was fine, so they just put me on meds. They are going to be keeping a close eye on me since I am now a "high risk" pregnancy. Isn't that lovely!

As long as Annalynn is fine i'm not too worried. I'm glad that everything with her is developing normally. Everytime the doctors test her, she seems to exceed their expectations. During the NST I took at 25 weeks, the nurse's were saying she was acting like an older baby, showing heart rate variations of that of a 30-32 week baby. LOL, my lil over achiever(she gets it from her father)! But she is very strong and active like Junior is. I wonder what characteristics she's going to have of mine? Well that is all for now, I'm just glad I'm not diabetic since I've developed a huge sweet tooth since becoming pregnant.
