HI all, first time pregnant here and I hope I get through to the end of it. Love this site so far your all really nice and have learned loads. I am a biker, love bikes and miss them now that i am pregnant and mine in my garage. so I am excited but feeling pretty crap at the same time. cant wait till baby is born. :) I live in Northern Ireland with my boyfriend, 2 german shepherd and 2 cats.

was it hell right!! she was born 2 an half weeks early thats prob only thing that was close cos she was born 6 at night not morning an my labour was 12 hours not six!!! xx

I am taking 500mg soft gel caps. I take one in the morning by mouth and at night I have hubby push one up my vajayjay as far as he can at night. I cannot reach it myself. You are going to want to do that right before bed and stay laying down otherwise it might run out of you. I am pretty sure you can take up to 3 or 4 a day but I only take two and it has been working so far! Good luck!

mmm true! yep ill crack up too...well not that i am already haha... apprently i was 10 days late and a 10 pound baby!!! argh...hope i dont have a huuuge baby too!! ouch.
